Re-location Notice

TO ALL VALUED CUSTOMERS AND BUSINESS PARTNERS:

   We are pleased to inform you that the New Corporate and R&D Building for GL Biochem (Shanghai) Ltd in Shanghai, China is finally operational after one year of construction and preparation. We will commence our relocation exercise from our current address at 351 Guo Shoujing Road to the new office located at Shanghai Minhang ZiZhu Science-Based Industrial Park, 519 Ziyue Road, starting from 25^th December 2006 and due to completed by 30^th December 2006. On 25^th December 2006, our existing office telephone will also cease to operate and replaced by our new corporate telephone number: 021-61263333 (switchboard) which will be activated on the same day too. We will appreciate your understanding and patience on any inconvenience caused owing to this re-location.

   The newly completed GL Biochem Corporate and R&D building is strategically located at South-east corner of Shanghai City Center, within Shanghai Zizhu Science-Based Industrial Park in the city's Minhang District. To the south, we have the beautiful Pujiang forest park on the Huangpu river bank, to the north is the campus for China most popular tertiary education schools, Jiaotong University and Huadong Normal University, as well as internationally well-known Multinational companies. There are also advantaged and abundant resources suitable for academic and humanities development. The transportation system is also convenient and you can access to every corner of Shanghai easily.

   The completion of the first phase 4500 square meters corporate and R&D building is accompanied with advanced infra-structure and equipped with sophisticated R&D equipment and instruments. This new R&D facility is another milestone in the short history of GL Biochem, with strong R&D capability and leading manufacturing capacity in peptide industry, all these strengths will surly groom GL Biochem into the Number One Global choice in peptides and related services for all new and existing customers.

  Our new R&D facility marked that GL Biochem has entered into a new era and one step closer in becoming the world class peptide manufacturer.
