Recently, GL Biochem has received customer reports regarding certain overseas websites (www.glbiochem.net) that fraudulently impersonate our official websites to conduct unauthorized sales of products bearing the GL Biochem brand. Such activities have deceived the public, disrupted normal market operations, and severely damaged our brand reputation as well as the legitimate rights and interests of our customers.

To clarify the facts, combat misinformation and safeguard legitimate rights and interests, GL Biochem hereby issues the following official and solemn statement:
