Exhibit Space Rental Fee
Booth space:3 x2 sqm.    USD1500.00/booth (3X2 sqm.)

The price includes:

• Each booth space purchase will entitle the exhibiting company to 1 full registrations to all scientific program sessions and social events for exhibit booth personnel. Additional booth representatives must register to attend all or part of the Symposium or Exhibits. 

•  place your company logo on the web site and provide a hyperlink to your company web site.

• Exhibitors are entitled to a one-half page advertisement or business profile in the Symposium Program Book and Symposium Proceedings. 

• Exhibitors are also entitled to a one-page insert to be included in the Symposium Tote Bag given to all delegates at registration. Inserts must be shipped in advance to GL Biochem(Shanghai) Ltd.  and arrive no later than  June  20, 2006. Exhibitor Registration

Space allocations will be made in the order in which application forms with payment are received. The Co-Chairs of the CPS 2006 reserve the right to reassign booth space, with prior notification to the exhibitor. Please indicate your preferred booth number(s) from the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan, and provide a first, second, and third choice on your application form. Exhibitors may use the "Comments" section of the application form to designate their preference for location near other companies or their wish not to be adjacent to or opposite designated companies. These requests will be honored to the greatest extent possible in conjunction with assignment priorities and requests for specific locations on the floor.  Please download  Exhibition Application Form , fill-up and fax it to 0086-21-64189186. Insurance
It is the sole responsibility of each exhibitor to procure and maintain general liability insurance and property insurance covering bodily injury, personal injury and property damage and theft to the exhibitor's property.
