For Peptide Products

Please include the following information with each purchase order:

• Purchase order number
• Product name/ Description of the product
• Quantity/ Prices agreed/ total value
• Contact person
• Billing address and shipping address
• Preferred shipping method
• Payment term
• Signature by duly authorized person

Warranty
GLS warrants material to be of said quality at the time of sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyers to determine the adequacy of all materials for any intended or specific purpose or use. GLS' sole obligation is to replace the material up to the extent of the purchase price. This warranty applies only to products in original container and does not apply to a product which has been tampered with or altered in any way or which has been misused or damaged by accident or negligence. All claims must be received in writing (by fax or fax/email) within net 20 days from date when products arrive at the destination city and failure to do so shall constitute a waiver by buyers for any and all such claims.

Hazardous Chemicals
All of our chemicals or reagents should be handled only by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the potential hazards of the chemicals.

Payment
Terms Net 30 days, but subject to approval. For first time customers, full or partial pre-payment might be required. Other terms as in the invoice.
